1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2. Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
6. Delivery Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delivered Parcels Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If your order appears lost or missing, we will always assist in investigating the issue with the courier where possible.
8. Delays While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
