Return & Refunds
At Way of Lithe, we want every piece to feel right when you wear it.
If something isn’t, we make the returns process simple and straightforward.
1. Returns Window We offer a 30-day returns window from the date your order is delivered.
2. Our Returns Approach (Easy Returns) We aim to make returns simple and stress-free. Standard returns are accepted as long as items meet our return conditions below. In certain cases, we may offer additional support or flexibility at our discretion.
3. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• All original tags must be attached and intact Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.
4. Free Returns (Faulty or Incorrect Items) We offer free returns for any faulty or incorrect items received. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly. This may include:
• Replacement
• Refund
• Alternative resolution
5. Standard Returns For all other eligible returns:
• Items must meet the conditions listed above
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
6. Exchanges We currently offer free exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact hello@wayoflithe.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached.
7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on:
• Final sale items
• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
9. Return Shipping
• Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping covered by us
• Standard returns: return shipping covered by the customer
10. Inspection Policy All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
